2025 Rocky Branch Community Center t-shirt Design Contest!
Contest Details
The Rocky Branch Community Center is wanting to get a T-shirt design printed for 2025 and we need your help! Calling all of our creative people to join a contest to design what will go on our T-shirt! The winning design will be featured on T-shirts that will be sold throughout 2025 with the proceeds benefitting the Rocky Branch Community Center so we can continue serving the community and expand the services we provide! We cannot wait to see all of the submissions! Please see the rules and Terms below!
Rules for Entry and Terms & Conditions:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win the contest! 1 winner will be chosen by Rocky Branch Community Center Board of Directors.
The design will need to include "Rocky Branch Community Center" and have a theme that represents our community and center! All design images will need to be submitted in JPG or PNG format with a file size of 100MB or less and maximum pixels of 30,000x30,000. The design may be used on the front or back of the T-shirt. This will be determined depending on the image type and what works best for the shirts.
All entries must be submitted by 5:00 PM CST on February 3rd, 2025 to be considered for this contest. Any submissions past the deadline will not be eligible to win.
If contest participant is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian's name must be entered on the form or email. Parent or Guardian permission must be given in order to participate in the contest and for your image to be posted on printed and/or digital media.
Designs can be submitted by using the form on the "Submit Contest Entry" button on this page, or by submitting an email with the required information from the form and the attached design entry to contest@rockybranchcommunitycenter.org
The winner will be announced after February 7th, 2025, once a winner has been determined by the Board!
A prize of $100 (issued in a prepaid gift card format), 1 lunch ticket for the lunch plate available at the Fred Armstrong Memorial Bluegrass Jamboree, and 1 T-Shirt printed with the winning design will be presented on stage at the Fred Armstrong Memorial Bluegrass Jamboree on March 1st, 2025! Only 1 prize will be issued to the top winning design.
By entering this contest, you agree to allow the use of the submitted designs by the Rocky Branch Community Center without limitations or additional costs to the Community Center.

All entries must include your name, contact information, T-shirt size, and the attached design to be considered for the contest. If participant is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian's information must be included to be eligible.

Current Activities
We currently have several activities throughout the year and are looking for more activities to increase community involvement and enrich the lives of those around us!
Card games
During the week, members of our community gather to play cards and have a great time! Join us for some fun times!
Card games are held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:30 - 11:00 AM!
The Fred Armstrong Memorial Bluegrass Jamboree!
We hold our annual Bluegrass festival on the first Saturday in March! Beginning with 2024, the festival has been renamed as the Fred Armstrong Memorial Blugrass Jamboree! We have bands come out and perform as well as jam sessions outside, kids activities, and lunch plates to raise funds to keep the community center going!
Gospel Jamboree
We have an annual Gospel Jamboree where local Gospel groups get together and put on amazing performances to help raise funds for the community and get people involved and active with other community members! We also offer kids activities and lunch plates during the event!
Movie Nights
The Community Center hosts movie nights to allow the community to gather together and have fun while watching a movie on a big screen!
Community Gathering for Coffee
During the morning hours, community members gather for conversations and coffee at the center! Come on out and chat with your neighbors over a cup of coffee!
Community Garage Sale
The center holds a community garage sale a couple of times a year to give others the opportunity to buy or sale items! More information to come when the next garage sale is scheduled!
